This bus is seen here on the 56 from Edinburgh to Dunfermline via South Queensferry,latterly it was used mainly on schools. On one occassion, at least, on a journey from Dunfermline High School to Kincardine the entire load of schoolchildren had to disembark going up New Row and reboard in Queen Anne Street. It was noted for its poor performance, well mainly in its latter years.

Love NV28 - so easy to drive! Not so keen on RE30 - pathetic machine. RE24 much better, with so many memories, like the day that old man from Izatt Avenue pee'd himself and wet the seat upstairs?
